These Terms & Conditions govern your membership with Le Rambouillet and the services we provide in connection with your membership. By applying for membership, accepting membership, or requesting services from Le Rambouillet, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
About Le Rambouillet
Le Rambouillet provides private lifestyle management and concierge services to its members. Our role may include arranging, coordinating, sourcing or facilitating access to goods, services, experiences and opportunities provided by third parties.
Le Rambouillet may work with specialist companies, suppliers, operators, venues, agents and other professional partners in fulfilling a member's request.
Where a service or product is supplied by a third party, that supplier's own terms and conditions may also apply.
Definitions
In these Terms:
"Le Rambouillet", "we", "us" or "our"
means Le Rambouillet and the relevant company or entity providing your membership services.
"Member", "you" or "your"
means the individual whose membership application has been accepted by Le Rambouillet.
"Membership"
means your membership of Le Rambouillet's private lifestyle management service.
"Services"
means the concierge, lifestyle management, sourcing, planning, coordination and related services available to Members.
"Request"
means a request made by a Member asking Le Rambouillet to arrange, source, coordinate or facilitate a product, service, experience or other matter.
"Supplier"
"Membership Fee"
"Membership Fee"
means the applicable fee payable for your Membership.
"Member Portal"
means any private digital platform, portal or other system made available to Members by Le Rambouillet.
Membership
3.1 Application
Membership is subject to application and acceptance by Le Rambouillet.
Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. We may accept or decline an application at our discretion.
Where an application is accepted, we will provide the Member with the applicable membership details, fees and commencement information.
3.2 Membership is personal
Membership is personal to the Member and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another person without our prior written consent.
A Member may authorise a personal assistant or other representative to communicate with us on their behalf where agreed.
3.3 Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate and current information when applying for membership and when making requests.
You should notify us if information relevant to your membership changes.
3.4 Membership discretion
Le Rambouillet may decline, suspend or terminate a membership where reasonably necessary, including where continued membership may create a security, legal, reputational or operational concern.
Membership Fees
Membership fees are communicated to the Member before membership is accepted.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Membership fees are payable in accordance with the invoice or payment instructions provided by Le Rambouillet.

Fees for third-party products and services are separate from the Membership Fee.

Certain requests may involve additional service, sourcing, handling or administrative charges.

Any applicable additional charge will be communicated to the Member before the charge is incurred where reasonably practicable.
Membership fees do not constitute a credit facility for purchases made on a Member's behalf.
Our Services
Our service is designed around the individual Member.
We will use reasonable care and skill in responding to Requests and will make reasonable efforts to meet any timing or availability requirements communicated to us.
However, certain requests depend on the availability, policies and decisions of third parties.
We do not guarantee that a particular product, reservation, property, aircraft, yacht, event, ticket, restaurant, experience or other service will always be available.
Where the exact Request cannot be fulfilled, we may propose an alternative where appropriate.
Requests
Members may submit Requests through the communication channels made available by Le Rambouillet, including telephone, email, approved messaging services or the Member Portal where applicable.
A Request should contain sufficient information for us to understand what you require.
You are responsible for ensuring that information supplied to us is accurate and complete.
We may ask for additional information or confirmation before proceeding with a Request.
We reserve the right to decline a Request where:

fulfilling it would breach applicable law or regulation
-
the request cannot reasonably be fulfilled
-
it presents a security or safety concern
-
the request conflicts with the terms of a Supplier
-
the required information or payment has not been provided
-
we otherwise reasonably consider that the request should not be undertaken
Third-Party Suppliers
Many of the services arranged by Le Rambouillet are provided by independent third parties.
These may include airlines, aircraft operators, yacht operators, hotels, restaurants, property providers, event organisers, ticketing agencies, retailers, galleries, healthcare providers, schools and other specialist suppliers.
Where we arrange a third-party service, the contract for that service may be between you and the relevant Supplier.
The Supplier's own terms, cancellation policies, payment conditions and other requirements may therefore apply.
We will communicate relevant Supplier terms to you where reasonably practicable.
The availability, quality, performance and delivery of a third-party service remain subject to the Supplier.
Payments Made on Your Behalf
Where you authorise Le Rambouillet to make a payment to a Supplier on your behalf, you authorise us to use the agreed payment method or to request payment from you.
You remain responsible for the cost of products and services purchased or arranged at your request. This includes applicable:

deposits
-
taxes
-
service charges
-
cancellation charges
-
delivery charges
-
handling fees
-
customs duties
-
other Supplier-imposed costs
We will seek your approval before incurring significant expenditure where reasonably practicable.
For urgent requests, you may authorise us to proceed without further confirmation where the circumstances require immediate action.
Cancellations, Refunds & Changes
Cancellation and refund rights for third-party products and services are generally determined by the relevant Supplier.
Once a reservation, purchase or booking has been confirmed, cancellation may result in the loss of a deposit or other charges.
Before confirming a significant booking or purchase, we will communicate material cancellation restrictions to you where reasonably practicable.
Where a Supplier issues a refund, we will communicate this to you once we become aware that the refund has been processed.
Le Rambouillet cannot guarantee that a Supplier will accept a cancellation, refund or exchange.
Travel, Aviation & Yacht Services
Travel arrangements may involve multiple independent Suppliers.
For private aviation, yacht charter, accommodation, transportation and related services, additional terms may apply to the specific booking.
Aircraft, vessels, routes, schedules, crew, operators and availability are subject to operational, regulatory, weather and other circumstances beyond our control.
The relevant operator or Supplier remains responsible for the operation and delivery of its service.
Le Rambouillet's role is to source, coordinate and facilitate the arrangement on the Member's behalf.
Events, Tickets & Experiences
Event access, tickets and experiences are subject to availability and the conditions imposed by the relevant organiser, venue, promoter or ticket provider.
Tickets may be subject to restrictions regarding cancellation, transfer, resale or refund.
Where Le Rambouillet obtains tickets through a third-party ticket provider, the transaction may be subject to that provider's terms and pricing.
Any applicable premium, service fee or handling charge will be communicated before purchase where reasonably practicable.
Sourcing
Members may ask Le Rambouillet to source items or opportunities that are difficult to obtain through ordinary public channels.
These may include property, vehicles, watches, jewellery, art, collectibles and other goods.
Sourcing is subject to availability, authenticity, provenance, seller requirements and applicable law.
Where appropriate, we may recommend that a Member obtain independent professional advice, inspection, authentication or valuation before completing a purchase.
A sourcing request does not constitute a guarantee that the requested item will be found or acquired.
Confidentiality & Discretion
Le Rambouillet understands that Requests may involve highly personal information concerning a Member's travel, residence, family, preferences, business affairs, purchases and lifestyle.
We will handle Member information with appropriate confidentiality and care in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable law.
Information may be shared with a Supplier where reasonably necessary to fulfil a Request authorised by the Member.
Our Relationship With Suppliers
Le Rambouillet may receive commissions, referral fees or other commercial arrangements from certain Suppliers where permitted.
Where applicable and required by law, relevant disclosures will be made.
Such arrangements do not remove our responsibility to act with reasonable care in providing our Services.
Member Responsibilities
Members agree to:

provide necessary instructions and approvals in a timely manner

comply with applicable laws

comply with Supplier terms and conditions

respect cancellation policies
-
maintain the security of their account information
-
not use Le Rambouillet's Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
We may suspend Services where a Member fails to meet these responsibilities.
Limitation of Liability
Le Rambouillet will provide its Services with reasonable care and skill.
However, many arrangements depend on independent Suppliers and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Le Rambouillet will not be responsible for losses arising solely from the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, failures or decisions of an independent Supplier.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Where a Member enters into a contract directly with a Supplier, any claim relating to the Supplier's performance should ordinarily be addressed with that Supplier.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform our obligations where caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These may include, among other things:

extreme weather

natural disasters
-
government action
-
changes in law or regulation
-
transportation disruption
-
strikes or industrial disputes
-
security incidents
-
technical failures
-
civil unrest
-
Supplier failure or unavailability
Where such circumstances affect a Request, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with alternative arrangements.
Suspension & Termination
A Member may request cancellation of their Membership in accordance with the applicable membership agreement and cancellation terms provided at the time of joining.
Le Rambouillet may suspend or terminate Membership where reasonably necessary, including for:

non-payment
-
misuse of Services
-
fraudulent or unlawful activity
-
material breach of these Terms
-
conduct creating a security or safety concern
-
other circumstances where continued Membership is no longer reasonably appropriate
Termination does not affect any payment obligations or other rights that arose before termination.
Privacy & Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Notice.
The Privacy Notice explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it may be used, the circumstances in which it may be shared and the rights available to you.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, legal requirements or our business.
Where changes materially affect existing Members, we will provide notice where required.
The current version of these Terms will be published on this website.
General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
No failure or delay by Le Rambouillet in exercising any right under these Terms will constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms, together with any applicable membership agreement, service-specific terms and our Privacy Notice, form the basis of the relationship between Le Rambouillet and the Member.
Governing Law
Before publishing:
These Terms will be governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and the courts of [jurisdiction] will have jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights available to the Member under applicable law.
